No experience, no problem!

Many HVAC contractors will consider candidates with little or even no experience, as long as you have a strong desire to learn and work hard. You will likely spend your first year or longer assisting with HVAC system installation and replacement. Contractors will also assist in keeping you educated so that you are always up to speed on the latest technology in heating and cooling equipment.

Trades jobs are extremely high in demand.

It is a widely known fact that tradespeople are in short supply. This means great opportunities for those who may not be interested in college but are looking to learn, work hard, and build a successful career. People will always need heating and air conditioning, so it’s up to you to use this reality to your advantage.
